What's In It For Me
The CERT First Aid Refresher Course is designed to update and revalidate the life-saving skills of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) members who are trained in Basic First Aid (BFA) with CPR and AED. This refresher ensures that first aiders remain confident and competent in responding to workplace medical emergencies, in compliance with SCDF CERT requirements and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
The course reviews core topics such as CPR for adults, choking management, use of the AED, bleeding control, fracture management, and emergencies, in compliance with SCDF CERT requirements.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a refreshed BFA with CPR+AED certificate that supports their continued role as first aider within the CERT framework.

- Participants should hold a valid CERT First Aider Course Certificate.
- Basic English or Mandarin proficiency is needed to participate effectively in the course
- You should be comfortable with light to moderate physical activity

Funding Information
Funding eligibility is subject to approval by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). At the point of registration, the applicable funding amount will be reflected, and participants will be required to pay only the balance payable after funding.
Course enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of the balance payment.
To stay eligible for SSG funding, all SSG-subsidised trainees must use the Singpass app for e-attendance and pass all course assessments.
Participants who do not meet these requirements will be required to repay the funded portion of the course fees.
If SSG rejects the funding due to unmet criteria, participants will be billed for the remaining course fees.
