What's In It For Me
Accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC). Recognised by the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) , National Registry of Exercise Professionals (NREP) and Sports SG.
Standard First Aid Course covers critical emergency interventions that occur in a multitude of daily scenarios at work, play or school.
Participants will learn how to perform CPR & AED on adult victims and how to react to various emergency situations while maintaining self-confidence, composure, and assurance to others.
Course Duration
- 2 days in-person classroom training.
Certification Obtained and Conferred by
Standard First Aid Certificate accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC). Valid for 2 years.
Pre-requisites
- Assumed skills and knowledge:
- ESS Workplace literacy and numeracy Level 5 and above, ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
- Medical Fitness:
- Trainees with any medical history or underlying heart and/or lung conditions or any medical problems associated to knee, spine, wrist or joints injury or any physical/mental disabilities are advised to obtain clearance from doctor to attend the course and assessments.
- Pregnant ladies are highly discouraged from undertaking the CPR practice due to safety reasons

Additional Notes
Trainees with existing Standard First Aid Course (NROC Trainees) certificate nearing expiry, please go to Standard First Aid Refresher course instead.
