TGS-2022012792

What's In It For Me

The Child First Aid Refresher Course is designed for individuals who have previously completed the full Child First Aid (CFA) certification and are due for recertification. This course reinforces essential life-saving skills and updates participants on the latest first aid protocols, with a specific focus on managing medical emergencies in infants and children.

Participants will refresh their knowledge and hands-on skills in CPR, use of AEDs, and management of common childhood emergencies such as choking, fever, fractures, burns, and allergic reactions. The course is aligned with current guidelines from the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) and is recognised by relevant authorities including ECDA for preschool educators and child-minding personnel.

Through interactive discussions, practical simulations, and scenario-based learning, participants will regain the confidence and competence to respond effectively in critical situations involving young children.

Upon successful completion, participants will be certified in three modules, Standard First Aid, BCLS+AED, and Child First Aid, endorsed by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC), valid for 2 years.
