This asynchronous Fire Warden e-Learning course is designed to equip individuals appointed or nominated as Fire Wardens with the knowledge and skills to carry out key proactive and reactive fire-safety duties in the workplace. Delivered entirely online, participants can complete the modules at their own pace, enabling workplaces to train staff flexibly while maintaining compliance with fire-safety regulations. The content covers the nature of fire hazards, fire prevention, evacuation planning, use of fire-fighting equipment, and effective communication and coordination during an emergency.
Through engaging modules that include case-scenarios and interactive quizzes, learners will understand how fire develops, how it can be controlled, and what the Fire Warden’s role is before, during and after a fire event. The asynchronous format means participants can access the course anytime, anywhere, and pause or revisit content as required — making it a practical solution for busy professionals and organisations operating across shifts.
Upon successful completion of all modules and any assessments, participants will receive a certificate or digital credential affirming their competence as a Fire Warden. This credential assists workplaces in demonstrating readiness, fulfilling regulatory expectations (such as those under Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) fire-safety regimes) and reinforcing a culture of safety and preparedness among staff.

- Support staff such as security personnel, facility services, and building operations staff who assist in evacuation, emergency response, or liaise with emergency services.

Certification Obtained and Conferred by
Participants will be rewarded 5 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) upon completion of the course.

Funding Information
The Fire Warden Course (Asynchronous Learning) is eligible for SSG Funding and SkillsFuture Credits (SFC). This is handled automatically on our Baoza platform.

- Instant Subsidy: Funding is subjected to SSG approval. During registration, your applicable subsidy will be automatically calculated — you only pay the Nett Fee (balance after funding).
- Confirmation: Your seat is secured once your nett fee payment is received.
- Compliance Requirements: To maintain your subsidy, you must record your attendance via the Singpass App and successfully pass all assessments.
- Funding Liability: If SSG requirements are not met (e.g., absence or assessment failure), or if SSG rejects the claim, the participant or sponsoring company will be liable for the full, non-funded course fee.
