What's In It For Me
This Standard First Aid Refresher Course allows existing standard first aid providers to renew their certification. Successful participants will receive a full Standard First Aid Certification valid for 2 years.
This new blended format allows the busy learner to complete the course in a more efficient mode, saving classroom time and offering flexibility of learning for a portion of the course. You save time, effort and costs!
Accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC). Recognised by the National Registry of Coaches (NROC), National Registry of Exercise Professionals (NREP) and Sports SG, this course is provides coverage on the most essential first aid topics such as burns, fractures, wound care and CPR+AED.
Course Duration
- Part 1 E-learning: Accessible for 3 days prior to the in-person classroom training.
- Part 2: 1 day in-person classroom training.
Certification Obtained and Conferred by
Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC). Valid for 2 years.
Pre-requisites
You must have an existing valid Standard First Aid Course (NROC Trainees) certificate or - Standard First Aid Course (Asynchronous E-Learning) (NROC) certificate. If you do not have a valid certificate or it has expired, you will be required to attend the Standard First Aid Course (NROC) course or Standard First Aid Course (Asynchronous E-learning)(NROC)
Assumed skills and knowledge:
ESS Workplace literacy and numeracy Level 5 and above, ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
Medical Fitness:
Trainees with any medical history or underlying heart and/or lung conditions or any medical problems associated to knee, spine, wrist or joints injury or any physical/mental disabilities are advised to obtain clearance from doctor to attend the course and assessments.
Pregnant ladies are highly discouraged from undertaking the CPR practice due to safety reasons

Funding Information
Funding eligibility is subject to approval by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). At the point of registration, the applicable funding amount will be reflected, and participants will be required to pay only the balance payable after funding.
Course enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of the balance payment.
To stay eligible for SSG funding, all SSG-subsidised trainees must use the Singpass app for e-attendance and pass all course assessments.
Participants who do not meet these requirements will be required to repay the funded portion of the course fees.
If SSG rejects the funding due to unmet criteria, participants will be billed for the remaining course fees.
